Ozzy Osbourne

John Michael Osbourne, surnommé Ozzy, né le 3 décembre 1948 à Aston (en) (Birmingham), est un chanteur britannique de heavy metal. Il est surnommé The Prince of Darkness (« Le prince des ténèbres », en français) en référence aux frasques de sa vie privée et de ses prestations sur scène2. Il est connu à la fois pour sa carrière musicale en solo qui se poursuit toujours, ainsi que comme chanteur au sein de Black Sabbath, l'un des groupes fondateurs du heavy metal et créateur du titre emblématique War Pigs (1970). En 2002, l'émission de téléréalité consacrée à la vie quotidienne d'Ozzy Osbourne et de sa famille, The Osbournes, est diffusée sur la chaîne musicale MTV. Elle fait découvrir au grand public cette figure du monde du metal.
